I opened and set up my 32" onn roku TV today. During the set up and on the main menu the audio worked fine but after opening an app it stopped completely. After unplugging the tv, waiting, and plugging it back in the same thing occurred. I have done a audio reset as well as a factory reset with the same results. Any solutions?

Are you experiencing no audio on a specific channel or does this happen across all channels?
If you are not getting any audio at all, the issue may be related to a hardware issue.
Have you tried contacting your Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
