What do you need for a TV sound system?
To truly elevate your entertainment experience, a proper TV sound system is key. Consider a combination of our Roku Streambar for crisp dialogues, our Roku Wireless Bass Pro for deep bass, and our Roku Wireless Speakers for an encompassing audio ambiance. With our products, we dive into an auditory and visual experience that delivers a great TV surround sound system.
The above is straight from the Roku.com website. IT IS FALSE! Roku Streambars will not work with Roku wireless speakers AND Roku wireless soundbar WILL ALSO not work with Roku wireless speakers. Roku won't acknowledge this. I am stunned by the false advertising and their unwillingness to own up to the fact that Roku Products are not compatible with Roku products. Any comments?
Hi! @TheCostGuy
Thank you for sharing with the Roku Community!
I would like to clarify that there are different types of Roku Streambars. The Roku Streambar SE has a 2.1 configuration, which means you can't connect wireless speakers to it, but you can connect a Roku Wireless Bass Subwoofer.
In contrast, the more advanced Roku Streambar features a 5.1 configuration, allowing you to add up to three different sets of Roku audio accessories, including a Roku Wireless Bass Subwoofer and two sets of Roku Wireless Speakers, for a full surround sound experience.
As for the Roku Wireless Soundbar, it is compatible only with Roku TVs, and you can easily connect a Roku Wireless Bass Subwoofer to it. If you have a Roku Pro Series TV or a Roku Plus Series TV, you can expand the configuration up to 4.1, which allows you to connect a Roku Subwoofer and a set of Roku Wireless Speakers. Here's a support article for more detailed information!
I hope this clarifies your questions!

Thank you, but understanding the problem doesn't solve the problem. Roku is manufacturing TV's that are not compatible with Roku speakers. Their website is misleading by ignoring the issue and not warning we consumers about spending money on devices that don't work. I own a Sreambar SE and a wirleess soundbar neither of which will work with my Roku wireless speakers, Will this community help me in my quest to get some satisfaction? Based upon your excellent response I see my only option is to buy a Roku Pro Series or Plus Series TV and even that will only get me wireless speakers with a subwoofer which is more money to spend. I would like Roku to give me credit for my Roku Select Series TV, my wireless soundbar and my Streambar SE because they are useless. I had a 55" TCK Roku TV, wireless speakers and a "smart" soundbar that worked perfectly together. I assumed when I bought the select series TV and the streambar they would pair with the wireless speakers. This started as a technical issue and is now a commercial one where Roku is not treating this customer like a customer. I will pursue this with Roku customer service and let you know how I make out. I thank you for your time. Regards, The Cost Guy
