Audio issue with Roku TV

So my tv roku tv isn't plugged to any HDMI when i changed the setting to leveling or or night it sort of worked for one video or episode to a show then it stops working again and it was working perfectly fine yesterday and i didn't do anything to the settings so idk what the problem is

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What is specifically is happening and is there any settings you have changed? Is the issue you are seeing happening on a specific channel or does it occur on all channels?

I'm having the same issue. Started yesterday for no reason. Everything time i change channels there is silence. I have to go to audio...scroll thru Leveling, night, off. Once i get to leveling again sound comes back on??? I can't make it remain on though as i change channels. Please help. Thanks. Kate

I'm sure if this is the right place, but I have a similar problem: I "factory reset" my TV 'cause some of my channels didn't work, and when I got my "Live TV" on, there's a CHHHHHHHHHH  like sound in the background; the sound from old TV  when a channel has "snow." How do I fix it?

After factory resetting your TV, did you set up your Live TV input again?

Yes I did. Sorry for the lateness of this reply and at the choice whether the Live is on Cable or Satellite, I picked satellite
