Audio Problems

I just installed the Smart Soundbar and the audio is not working with the TV. It works fine inside the Roku app, but not the TV. If I hit the Reset button it works for about 20 to 30 seconds then the audio goes out again.

I do have the HDMI cable installed in the HDMI-ARC port. I have tried both with and without the Optical cable and it is the same.

Any ideas?

Try refreshing the cec devices attached to your tv in the menu of the tv?
