Software Version 10.5.0 build 4210-30

It is showing my WiFi network name in the system info and shows it connecting for a couple of seconds then disconnects. It just started asking me this question today.

Have you tried re-connecting your Roku TV to your wireless network to see if that helps resolve the issue you are seeing?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile device, to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
