I turned the bandwidth saver off. I am still getting the prompt.

Then it's being controlled by the channel you're viewing, not the Roku OS itself. What channel are you watching that's doing it?

If you have the bandwidth saver off, then the prompt is coming from the channel you are watching, not Roku. You'll have to turn on a channel that doesn't do that.

Go to settings, scroll down to screen idle, click to turn off the idle mode
