Applying Picture settings to all Inputs on Roku TV

Why would Roku add apply picture settings to ALL inputs on the newest Roku 11 update? I have my AVR connected to my Roku TV and everytime I switch my inputs on my AVR let’s say to my PS5 input, I always have to change my picture from Movie mode to Normal mode because I like a brighter picture when playing games. Why couldn’t Roku add apply picture settings for each individual input not to all inputs. They need to change this.

@Scottt1174

Thanks for the post.

We would be more than happy to look into this issue. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-screenshots of the issue so we can better understand the issue

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: Applying Picture settings to all Inputs!

Danny it’s not really an issue. It should be “Apply picture setting or keep picture settings” saved for each individual input, not apply all picture settings to all inputs. I use different settings for different inputs. So when I switching to my PS5 input those setting are different then my other inputs, so Roku should have an option to save settings individually on each input not apply all settings to all inputs. I am just saying this needs to be added as an option as well.
