I have a Sharp roku tv, model LC-50LB481U. I don't see apple tv channel when I tried to search for it in channel store. Any one knows why that is?

Is my Roku device compatible?

Not all Roku streaming devices support the Apple TV channel. To help determine if your device in your country is compatible, you need to know the device model. I have an Insignia Roku TV (model 6303X), and that doesn't allow access to the Apple+ channel at present.

But my question is: Will Apple+ EVER be available on those devices/TVs that do not currently support that channel? Is it being worked on? Will it ever be addressed in a software upgrade?

Or is it a contractual issue? (Can't imagine that's the case, but I've been wrong before.)
