The "Fox 4 Dallas" app is installed on my android phone but when I search for that app on my 2021 TCL Roku Android TV the app can not be found.

Thanks for the post.

Have you checked with the channel provider to see if they have a channel available through Roku devices? Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

On a Roku Android TV is it possible to go to the Google Play Store and download the streaming app which is not Roku supported? Perhaps the Fox 4 Dallas app that is not geo-restricted must be mirrored from a smart phone? 

Unfortunately the Roku Android TV I speak of is 10,000 miles from me. I am trying to tell my friend in the Philippines how to watch the Cowboys vs Giants game this Sunday without paying for a streaming service.
