All ways of activation aren't working

When I input my email, it says that it cannot be sent. I even changed my email and still had the same issue.

I've tried using the QR code activation but the QR never pops up even after restarting and factory resetting the TV. I have reset my modem and used both forms of Wi-Fi (5G and regular) to no avail.

I am currently in Japan but I know others that have been able to set up their US based TVs in their units.
