Out of the box Stream Bar hooked up less than 24 hrs. ago, all channels are crashing back to the home screen.

Is the Roku device plugged directly to a wall outlet to ensure that sufficient power is being supplied to the Roku device? As a last resort, have you tried factory resetting the Roku Streambar to see if that helps?
