I try to do anything with my remote arrow or volume everything just turns tv off and on as tv was only purchased in November is there some kind of warranty
You can unplugging the tv from the wall to reboot it? Warranty has to be taken up with store or the tv manufacturer, roku only supplies UI for the tv.
