AirPlay on TCL 55S525 audio broken watching LinkedIn Learning
I was enjoying the new AirPlay capability on my TCL 55S525 (Model number A109X) watching a LinkedIn Learning video. When the chapter changed, the audio became what sounded like an acoustic modem. Really I expect there is something out of synch in the audio stream. This behavior exists with both the internal speakers and through my Sony STR-DE997 connected via an optical cable.
Can you please provide us the following information: -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -steps to reproduce this issue consistently -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times) -would you be willing to provide us a video so we can see exactly the issue you are experiencing
