I keep receiving error messages when I try to add and remove channels from my Roku TV. I also have a problem with the Youtube TV channel. It says I must reconnect to the internet when that specific channel is opened. I forgot my old internet connection and reconnected and it still gives me the same error message. Anything to help these two issues would be great. Thanks!
@adito Thanks for reaching out. Try disconnecting power to both your TV and your wireless router/modem for a few minutes. Plug your wireless router/modem back in first and let it boot up fully. Then, plug your TV back in and once it starts up, go into Settings>Network and connect to your network again.
Do you still experience the issue with adding and removing channels after doing this?
