Hi, just got a new TCL 4K Roku tv and am stuck at the activation screen. I enter my email and get “ we can’t seem to reach you by mail” tried several times , did the factory reset button for thirty seconds, still same problem. I have a Roku account, I can log in and stream with my other devices. Very depressed!! Any help appreciated!
