Activation issue on on roku tv

My roku tv will connect to internet but won’t activate it freezes and won’t give me the code

Thanks for the note.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your Roku TV. Then try to connect your TV to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to update and setup your Roku TV. Once your TV has been updated and setup, then can you reconnect back to your home wireless network.
