ARC issue between the Stream Pro and the Sceptre 50" Class 4K UHD LED TV U515CV-U

I have a be and I connected the HDMI cable in the HDMI ARC port (#4) on this TV. However, my Roku Streambar Pro says it does not detect ARC. How do I fix this so I get ARC? Please note, the TV does not have a port for the optical cord.

Sorry the above didn't save correctly. What I mean to say is

I have a Sceptre 50" Class 4K UHD LED TV U515CV-U TV and I connected the HDMI cable in the HDMI ARC port (#4) on this TV. However, my Roku Streambar Pro  says it does not detect ARC. How do I fix this so I get ARC? Please note, the TV does not have a port for the optical cord.

Try refeshing the cec devices in the tv settings.
