AMC+ Not working on RokuTv, just keeps crashing

Jump to solution

The title pretty much says it all. Every time I open the AMC+ app and click play on a title it completely crashes and sends me back to the Roku Home Screen. I’ve tried deleting the channel and restarting the TV: nothing. Tried deleting channel and factory resetting the TV: nothing. It’s worked fine in the past but for some reason it just won’t let me watch anything. I can watch on other devices in my home, but my RokuTv just crashes every single time I hit “play”. Any ideas??

Hi @WikkidOne,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

If the issue persists on one channel after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the problem and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Please let us know if there's anything else that we can do to assist you.
