Roku does not make TVs. Your TV was manufactured by either ONN, TCL, Hisense, Sharp or Sanyo. You can reach out to the manufacture. The serial number and model number is written on the tag on the back of your TV.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Did you do a factory reset of your TV? And is it a Roku TV? Or did you factory reset a Roku box/stick device?
