Our 65” TCL recently began turning off and restarting on its own. It’s unusable now. We left it unplugged for three days and when we turned it back on, it brought us to the setup menu. Got through the setup menu fine, software was up to date, but after about five minutes, it started the restart loop again. We tried removing the Roku app from our phones, unplugged everything in the HDMI ports, used the reset button, did the thing with the “secret menu,” and changed batteries in the remote - nothing works. I have seen in the past that folks with the 55” TCL having this same issue. What gives?
