55 inch tcl faded to middle

My tv faded to the middle and then went black but sound is working fine . I unplugged it and it came back on and repeated the same . I even did a factory reset and it didn't help .

This sounds like something that you'll need to get in touch with your Roku TV manufacturer for more help with. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
