4K Series Model 50S421

Since opening the tv out the box. This item has been reading as poor internet connection. I have increased my internet and ran internet speed test. The test in the home are showing Excellent and Fast, while this tv is still reading as Poor Connection. I have exhausted myself with Restarts, Unplugging and Restarting my Router...Only to see everything inside my home operates without an issue, but this particular tv is experiencing Internet Connection issues. 

Has anyone else experience this? What was your solution? I'm at the point of returning this item, because It's unfair that I can't watch TV.

Thanks for the inquiry.

What brand is your Roku TV? Have you tried contacting your Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.

If adjusting your wireless network (changing the wireless broadcast channel, etc.) isn't helping, send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku device. I'll get you in touch with our support team to see if there's anything else we can do to help.
