32in Roku TV not working after hotspot password goes in keeps on restarting please help..

my 32 inch Roku TV is not connecting to my hotspot everything else is connecting like my laptop my other television in my bedroom my other computer and there's nothing wrong with my hotspot. I've really done everything like everyone else who owns a Roku TV and I'm getting nowhere with this. My Roku TV keeps on restarting after syncing after my Bluetooth Wi-Fi password goes in and I'm not being able to watch anything like I did before it keeps on bring me back to the original

"CHOOSE YOUR NETWORK" information for my hotspot..

You might also try resetting your network connection in Settings>System>Advanced system settings>Network connection reset
