telnet not working on port 8085

Hi team,

I am a developer and developing an application on Roku

we are getting issues while debugging code using telnet port 8085.

as per given Roku documentation for debugging using telnet 8085(for bright script). we have followed all steps and it's working fine before the last few days but now last three days it is not working I'm getting the below error.

C:\Users\kamlas>telnet 172.16.18.23 8085
Connecting To 172.16.18.23...Could not open the connection to the host, on port 8085: Connect failed.

please look into the above issue and resolve it on high priority it is very urgent for us so quickly guide us and provide some help to fix it.

Thanks & Regards

Reboot/restart your Roku.  It's easy to get locked out if a session is terminated improperly.

If that doesn't work, is developer mode still enabled?  What happens when you use a browser to go to http://172.16.18.23 ?
