i have a bluegrass video file that is a mpeg file and i want to know what should i convert is to upload to my blog a ipod mp4 i am using Xillisoft Video Converter 6 and add it as a enclosed link.i would like to upload it onto Vimeo so which ones of those mp4's work the best?any help would be appreciated

You will need to convert it to an H.264 encoding in an MP4 container. More details on the settings can be found in the Encoding Guide in the SDK.
