I'm trying to install BrightScript, but I'm having no luck. Does this link still work?

BrightScript isn't something you "install". The BrightScript interpreter resides within each Roku device. The BrightScript code is written using any text editor and then deployed to your Roku device.

The instructions on the website say that you need to install BrightScript on Eclipse. That's what I'm trying to do so I can edit and generate package files. The instructions say to use that URL to install BrightScript.

I see what you mean. The instructions for installing Eclipse are here: https://devtools.web.roku.com/ide/eclipse/plugin However, the link target no longer exists. Typical Roku documentation!

The same dead link is referred to in the Roku Developer Blog article: https://blog.roku.com/developer/2016/11/17/eclipse-plugin-update/

I thought the same, so i researched a few weeks ago. Turns out the plot is thicker here -

Let me ask this question in another way. Can you give me updated instructions on how to install BrightScript on Eclipse?

That's a 3rd party blog that, well has become outdated now apparently. Please follow/read these couple of links as given earlier - these should be current:
