how to develop subscription base roku channel with tutorial

hi dear friends, I want to know that how to make a subscription base roku channel. actually I have a website and I want if some join my channel and my all videos on roku protected with password if user want to watch then he should subscribe my channel and pay money on redirect website. can you guide me steps or Tutorial.
