I'm trying to play the m3u8 file Using Roku Stream Tester. Facing the Video PlayBack Error(Error Code -2): The connection timed out Error. Can Anyone Face this error before?

Both m3u8 contents and media information are almost the same. But, In Roku First is Working fine. and second is not Working. It's Shows Connection timed out. Can anyone guide me on which other parameters are affected?
