Video MP4 not buffering correctly

Hi,

I'm having some trouble playing a short MP4 video (link below). When I try to play this video with my Roky Express, the video player keeps changing between buffering/playing states and the video ends up hanging and showing the buffering bar multiple times, already tried to use "prebuffer" with no success. The displays fine with the Web Player and VLC.

Also, same thing happens with the FastVideoStartsample channel from the "Playing Videos" SDK docs ( https://sdkdocs.roku.com/display/sdkdoc/Playing+Videos)
