URGENT: Unable to add private channels

Seems like there's an outage with adding private channels. This post claims it was fix but many users are still having issues and are unable to ads private channels to their roku streaming devices for several days. Please advise.

I haven't been able to add private channels for a few days already and tried to work around this issue but with no luck. Roku said its fixed but issue still remains the same.

Which platforms? There seems to be an issue with Roku Express and Express+ devices adding channels for a small number of customers.

Theres a big thread about it.
