Subscription Channel with RSG?

With the new RSG, to build a subscription channel of which ROKU billing will handle the billing, is there coding that has to be added to the new RSG style?

Thank you.

Re: Subscription Channel with RSG...lines of code need help.

I've read but still needing help. Can you please clarify which lines of code need to be added to my package? I'm needing to update several monthly subscription channels and a new one I want to develop.

Any further help available in the forum?

Re: Subscription Channel with RSG?

It seems what I am looking for is information on how to add the code to my rsg videoplayer example for a monthly subscription as a pay-to-install...

I have no code in my package that relates to any API for transactions. Would appreciate hearing from the smart peeps in this forum that can help.

I believe the buyer would need to signup first so Roku billing can charge the monthly subscription
then make the purchase
if already purchased then roku allows entry to the channel

But how to implement all of the above with code?

I saw on the dashboard where I add my monthly subscription rate but have no coding in my package yet to handle transactions.

Thanks a ton.

Hello, where is your 'rsg videoplayer example" download and I'll take a look. I am using one as well with subscriptions already.
