SDK 4.9 documentation

Hello,

When will the SDK be updated to 4.9? It's still on 4.8 after the release has been out for a month. I also noticed that the release notes PDF on the developer site haven't been updated since 4.1, and the SDK download is out of date as well.

We are very interested in trying to setup closed captioning for Smooth Streaming but there is no documentation on this feature.
