Is there any reason why my Roku TV app suddenly has Zero "ratings"  ?
Not sure how many I had previously, maybe dozens of ratings, but now my channel page says 0 ratings?
I normally get around 10-20 New Installs a day, and currently have hundreds of Cumulative Installs

I'm having the same issue! Roku hasn't exactly been forthcoming with their help on this.

Did you get any clarity on this? 

my ratings aren't saving: i.e. i rate or a friend rates for me on their device - and zip, nada is saved. Strange and alarming!
