Resume feature in Roku OS 8

Resume functionality is not implemented for content over 15 minutes duration due to this reasom our channel was rejected by Roku .How can we implement the resume feature in Roku OS 8 .We didn't get any specific codes for this.Please suggest for Roku OS 8

use registry section to store small amount of data
