Refresh a label at interval

I am building an API and am getting ready to create the front-end.  I have researched and feel like Roku may work for this… my simple question…. I want a label to display the test from a web file, ex: www.site.com/textfile.txt.  To make this simple to understand…. I basically want to take the Hello World channel and change the label to that file, but I’d like that label text to update every 10 seconds.  Is this possible with the Roku scripting language?
