Problem With Building A Quiz App In Roku

I have recently purchased and installed a Roku device with the desire to develop apps as channels. Having successfully setup the development environment in VSCode and tested it working with some sample programs from github, my next challenge is how to convert an existing Quiz program written in JavaScript (plus html, css, json) into BrightScript.

Any help on how to convert my working Javascript code  to Brightscript will be highly appreciated. Alternatively if anyone can provide me with a sample Quiz program written in Brightscript, that will be great.
