I am a mobile application developer. I have experience in iOS & Android development, submitting app to review and publishing to stores.

Now we have plans to develop Roku TV Apps and publish in the Store. I am new to this platform. I have some questions. Please help me with your answers and suggestions.

1. As per my understanding to develop Roku TV apps, we need to have a developer account.
2. What is the cost of developer account? Is it one time payment or need to renew over a period of time
3. Do we need to enrol in any developer program for it?
4. Do Roku has Roku Stores for its TV apps?
5. Steps involved to create Roku TV app in the account, add application details with screen shots, upload TV app build, submit for review and publish

Please provide necessary details with links that will help us. We are looking forward to enrol in Roku account, submit and publish TV apps.
