I am adding malyalam language on my roku channel.

i am using custom font like this.

font  = CreateObject("roSGNode", "Font")

font.uri = "pkg:/components/fonts/AnekMalayalam-Medium.ttf"

font.size = "10"

My lable is showing malyalam font but spelling of malyalam words are not correct.

API is giving correct malyalam string, but label is shwoing some wrong malyalam string.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Can you post pictures of the bad rendering and what you expect?  What Unicode character range are you using?

This is definitely not a script type that we're testing with internally, and it's possible that we have turned off needed text shaping parts of the Harfbuzz library for this to save space in the system image.

These are the screen shots of Android TV and Roku TV.
We are using "AnekMalyalam-Regular.ttf"  Font in both the applications.
