I've been working on a plugin to add a Direct Publisher compatible JSON feed to my Wordpress installation.
All is working great except I keep getting a thumbnail error:
8 items have error: Thumbnail could not be downloaded.
I've checked the sizes (800x450) and I can pull them up in my browser easily enough.
Any ideas?
There is separate forum for this, for some reason - try posting in https://community.roku.com/t5/Roku-Direct-Publisher/bd-p/roku-direct-publisher

Spent last night working on this issue...
1) Tried a second host to serve the images. Same response.
2) Downloaded the image that Roku provides in their example and put it on my server. Same response.
3) If I use the default thumbnail from Roku (Hosted on S3) it works fine.
I'm at a total loss as to what to do here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
I don't know if this is the issue, but in your example JSON, the thumbnail URLs aren't valid... they have http:/ not http://[/url].
Just fixed it, and nope still the same results. That was a glitch from me changing the images to HTTP from HTTPS, thinking that might be the problem.
I updated Test Movie #2 to use the default thumbnail provided in the example feed but still the same results.
8 items have error: Thumbnail could not be downloaded.
