Is anybody used .flv file rather than .mp4 or m3u8

Hi, I'm using m3u8 file for streaming but need to play .flv file like http://www.mediacollege.com/video-galle ... 0-w50s.flv . If anyone used .flv file then plz reply and what will be the value of streamformat(Content Meta Data)

You would have to convert the file to an acceptable format

Handbrake, a free media conversion tool

The Encoding guide in the Roku SDK documentation gives a really good breakdown of different rates, aspect ratios and final formats to encode to.
