How to pass the channel review without publishing the companion iOS app?

I am developing the Roku channel which is the companion (receiver) app for my iOS app.
I can't publish my iOS app before publishing the Roku channel.
How to pass the channel review in this case?

Can you publish the iOS app as a TestFlight beta that the Roku OS review team could join?
