Hi All,
We have Published A roku channel.
In channel we have created monthly subscription in-app products.
We want to cancel and refund the money to the ROKU Customer if he Cancels the Subscription from channel side.
We are using WEB API provided by Roku at https://sdkdocs.roku.com/display/sdkdoc/Web+Service+API 
The Api Response we are getting after calling Cancel and refund

The API documentation for the cancellation endpoint is currently incorrect. It should be:

partnerAPIKey

Not:

rokuAPIKey

Just wondering if someone can post the Step-By-Step instructions on issuing a single user refund.

I have my API key and their TransactionID but what program on a Windows computer do we use? is it a Python script we create to run the command plus what would be the actual command/code to run?
