How can I create channel with a real TV channel

I'm new
I need to create channels that display a live tv channel and from where could I get the urls off the tvs channels for roku and if its possible so how?

Are you aware of the fact that you would need a legal authorization for this?

Without a legal authorization to re-broadcast the source TV channel, you would be infringing copyright laws.

Beyond the legal infringement itself, your channel would be shut down either by Roku directly or by the affected third party based on Roku's adherence to the DMCA:
