Hold a channel for developer publication after approval

Question for Roku folks:
The owner of a channel we're about to submit for review is asking if it's possible to hold the channel for developer publication after its been approved by Roku rather than having it automatically go live ?
The new version contains a branding update, so this will allow them to coordinate the release with changes across their full suite of properties.
Is this possible or is there any other way to coordinate a release ?
