Help!!! I am using a developer TV Startup Who do I contact in Roku to file a complaint?

I have been on Roku since 2019 I have been using a developer called TV Startup. they have been misleading me and others in thier marketing. How do I contact ROKU or how do I take control of my Channel I have over 25,000 installations. Thank You In Adbvanced

were in the process of registeing a mdl so we can recover monetary damages the organization is a fraud
