HTML5 Video player in ROKU

Hi guys

I am new to ROKU development.I have no idea that a it is possible to play video in HTML5 Video player or not.
As in mobile apps we load a url in webview and play the video.How can I do such things in ROKU.Does ROKU have this concept.
Simply saying how can I load a html url in ROKU
