Hey.
I am interested in developing a plugin for a channel, something very similar to a java lib for example.
This plugin will be used with our customers' clients, will communicate with our servers, providing the channel info and data.
Can this be done?
Can this plugin/lib be a closed package, and simply references to by the channel app?

The answer to this very specific question is easy: No.
As in, you cannot have a closed-source library that apps include through reference.
