DRM Widevine/PlayReady issues

Device: ROKU Ultra 4660X2.

I am a middleware appliication developer and I have license "persistant type" issues.
The expected behavior is license will be stored in the STB device, but every time the when is played same content with same PSSH key in DASH: STB sends a new license request (license have limitation is 1 month). Tested widevine,playready and had same issues.
This behavior negatively affects business.
Whos tell me if roku stb supported persistant licences for live streams ?
