Create a channel for non-streaming content (e.g. a dashboard)

I manage an app that publishes dashboards to a URL. Our users like to put the dashboards on large TV displays in their offices but that is an annoying process.

Ideally, we could create an app, user could login/pair their account, select from their dashboards from the Roku app, and then have it display on a TV in perpetuity.

Is it possible to create an app that just displays the dashboard without being actual streaming content?

Sure it's possible, but I couldn't say how hard it would be. If it's simply an image then that's pretty easy, but if it's a bunch of HTML then that's a different story since there's no built-in support for HTML (or javascript).
