Create Custom Roku Theme

Hi

I was looking for some help and guidance on creating Custom Roku Theme, have not found details on the Developer SDK for it. 

Please suggest, and thanks in advance!

At this time, there's no public information about creating themes or selling them on the Roku channel store.  All themes are created internally at Roku.

I am seeing themes such as Backwoods Country https://channelstore.roku.com/details/146455/backcountry-theme and others that are now developed outside of Roku, is this opening up now?

You don't anymore. This thread is what once was. What is now is not this. There is no way to create these any longer. Give up hope. It allows too low of access to things and you can get your hack on or something. They removed us mortals from access. Only true Gods (Roku porting over Android versions) can give them to us. They want focus on millions of options for streaming. Not millions of options for themes.
